In-n-out is a famous burger chain in the United States, and takes pride in proposing a very simple menu (burger-fries-drink). It is not as big a chain as, say, McDonald's, but Yours Truly has come to like those cheap and simple burgers (especially their sauce). McDonald's and others have gone down as my age went up (let's not talk senility today).

But frankly, the fries are bit boring. Sometimes its just better to get two double-doubles and forgo the fries really. Watchout though, two double-doubles can really overfill your belly.

I love the 2x4 burger and I think the fries are superior to McDonald's or any other fast food chain.
An interesting combination is to order a shake and fries. You eat the fries while you drink the shake...there is nothing like it in the world!
